About Us…

Our background is in light construction, home renovation, fence and deck building, but uniquely combined with heavy training in Rodent/Wildlife Exclusion work. Collectively, we have over 20 years of professional experience in protecting people and their homes from the intrusion of Rats, Squirrels, Mice, Possums and Raccoons.

We all love helping people and over the years, we have met countless homeowners who were simply helpless in dealing with small animal intrusions. Water disasters, electrical damage, insulation contamination, HVAC and Water Heater destruction, vehicle damage, fleas & ticks are just a few of the incidents we commonly encountered.

We showed up to clean up the mess after the disasters had already occurred and the damage was done.

“We decided to tackle the steadily growing problem of rats and mice entering D/FW homes by stopping these culprits before they enter!”

Our customers get peace of mind and protection. Our approach works and is Guaranteed!

Do Rodents Enter
New Homes?

“Yes, small rodents enter new homes as often as they enter mature homes!” The most common and most destructive are “Roof Rats”.

Roof Rats

…are agile, climbing rodents that commonly invade attics and crawl spaces in search of a place to breed and take shelter. They can cause significant water damage by chewing on pipes or electrical hazards by gnawing on wires. Their droppings and urine contaminate the insulation and can spread dangerous pathogens such as Salmonella, Leptospirosis and Hantavirus. Because they reproduce quickly and are active at night, a small roof rat problem can rapidly turn into a serious infestation.

Why and How Do
Rodents enter
new homes?

Construction Displacement

  • Trees are Removed

  • Burrows are Destroyed

  • Predators Evacuate

  • Workers’ & New Homeowners’ trash cans become the Rodents’ main food source

Builder’s Gaps on Homes

  • Garage Corners are at 45 Degree Angles

  • Roof Eaves are Unsealed

  • Roof Vents often allow attic access

  • Fascia boards can have gaps

  • AC and Gas lines open to wall voids

  • Weep Holes are too wide & open to walls

  • Workers’ & New Homeowners’ trash cans become the Rodents’ main food source
